Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned APP for the State. Perused the application.

This is successive application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail during pendency of appeal. The appellant, who is convict in Special Case No. 140 of 2018 for offence punishable under Section 354-A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, vide judgment and order of conviction dated 07.03.2024 passed by learned Judge, Special Court, Kopargaon, is undergoing sentence of rigorous imprisonment for five years.

Applicant's earlier application for the same relief. i.e. Criminal Application No. 1079 of 2024, has been rejected by this Court on 17.04.2024. No change in the circumstances has been brought to notice to take a different view now. Still, with a view to satisfy the judicial mind, once again this Court sifted the record. After considering the same, no case is made out for relief. Accordingly, I pass the following order :

ORDER

The application is hereby dismissed.
