The grievance of the petitioners is that, while granting approval to the appointments of the petitioners date of appointment is not clarified.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Mr. Wagh, the learned counsel accepts notice for the respondent No. 3.

The learned counsel for petitioners submits that, representations have been given for recording date of appointment in the approval order. The said representations are given since the year 2016 along with necessary documents and lastly it is submitted in August 2021.

In case the representations made by the management and more particularly (page 32) is pending with the respondent/Education Officer, then the Education Officer shall take decision upon it, on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy and as per the documents, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from today. 5.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
