Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. The learned AGP waives notice or Rule for all respondents. By consent of parties, heard finally.

The letter dated 23.07.2014 (Exh. "M") is assailed which states that the petitioner would be entitled for the reimbursement of the fees of the reserved class students from the year 2013-2014. As such, in the present matter, the dispute would be only with regard to the reimbursement of the fees for the years 2011-2012 and 2012-2013. 3.

We have heard Mr. Rudrawar, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Sangle, the learned AGP. We have already considered the said issue in various matters such as writ petition No. 9606 of 2014 with connected writ petitions and have disposed of the same vide order dated 12.01.2015.

The respondent State is directed to release the tuition fees/examination fees of the approved students of the petitioner School for the reserved category students of ANM/GNM course for

-3the academic year 2011-2012 and 2012-2013, expeditiously, preferably within three months from today.

Rule is made absolute in the above terms. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
