Heard the learned counsel for the applicants, learned APP for the respondent-State and learned counsel for the complainant.

The facts have been discussed in detail in the order dated 17.08.2022. Mean time, the applicants have deposited the alleged stolen golden ornaments to the police. Learned counsel for the applicant would state that she has lost that phone.

The application has been opposed by the learned APP and the learned counsel for the complainant.

The material allegations against the applicants were that she took away the golden ornaments from the house of the complainant that has been recovered. The facts are altogether different. However, considering the facts of the case, nothing is to be recovered from the applicants. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) The interim protection granted to the applicants by the order dated 17.08.2022 stands confirmed on the same terms and conditions.
