The petitioner has filed this petition seeking direction to the respondent no. 2-scrutiny committee for early decision of her proposal for validation of tribe certificate.

It transpires during the course of submissions that though the petitioner has lodged the requisite proposal online, she is still to submit it in a physical form as per the practise being followed at the committee's office. 4.

Irrespective of the urgency being demonstrated, we dispose of the writ petition by directing the petitioner to tender the proposal in physical form to the respondent no. 2-scrutiny committee by tomorrow and by requesting the committee to decide it as early as possible.
