Mr. Dhorde, learned senior counsel, on instructions from the learned counsel for the
(2) Cr. W.P. 999/2015+ petitioners in both writ petitions submits that the petitioners wish to withdraw both the Writ Petitions. .
He however submits that since all the petitioners are busy medical practitioners and considering the fact that technically, the offences may be made out, exemption from their personal appearances during the trial, may be granted.

Allowed to withdraw and disposed of as such.

Considering all the facts on record, it is hereby directed that the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class shall not insist upon the personal appearances of any of the petitioner till the date of delivery of judgment, except for necessary appearances of the petitioners for recording their statements under section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure etc. [M.T.
