5th October, 2017 PER COURT :- 1) By this Civil Application, the applicant seeks early hearing of the Writ Petition.
2) The Writ Petition is already on the board for final hearing and disposal. The Civil Application is thus infructuous and accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
3) In so far as Prayer Clause-B is concerned, the applicant is at liberty to apply for an administrative order to club the Writ Petition No.2973 of 2008 with Second Appeal No.226 of 2007, as both the matters are interconnected.
4) Place the matters for hearing after an administrative order is passed by the learned Senior most Judge for clubbing the aforesaid matters.
