Learned counsel for the Zilla Parishad, on instructions states that the application for transfer made by the petitioner would be considered by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar in compliance of Government Resolution dated 27th February, 2017 in accordance with law, within four weeks from today.

Statement is accepted.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the Zilla Parishad, Mr. Totla, seeks liberty to withdraw this petition. In view of this nothing survives in the Writ Petition, the Writ Petition
914wp9962.21 is disposed of as infructuous.

The copy of order of Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Pariahad shall be served on the petitioner within one week from the date of passing of this order.

If the application for transfer filed by the petitioner is allowed, the Zilla Parishad would grant consequential reliefs to the petitioner within two weeks from today.
6.
If any adverse order is passed by the Zilla Parishad against the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate proceeding before appropriate forum.
