The applicants are seeking withdrawal of Rs.73,16,590/- deposited by respondent No.1 - Insurance Company pursuant to the Judgment and order dtd. 21.02.2022.

The rival counsel submits that the appeal for cancellation of award filed by the Insurance Company has been dismissed whereas the cross objections filed by the applicants - claimants were allowed. The record shows that the aforesaid amount is lying with this Court and in view of the same, the application stands allowed and the amount of Rs.73,16,590/- be paid to the applicants in equal

proportion along with the proportionate interest accrued thereon till date.
