Learned APP is placing the report from Newasa Police Station, District Ahmednagar stating that in respect of the body parts which were found within the jurisdiction of Newasa Police Station, the DNA sample of the petitioner was taken and the report has been received "In absence of control sample of biological father, petitioner is concluded to be biological mother of unknown male." Further, the postmortem notes made available would show that the cause of death is due to head injury. There is already offence vide Crime No.480 of 2024 registered with [1]

9-wp-1302-2024.odt Newasa Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 of Indian Penal Code. In view of this progress, the petition will have to be disposed of. The investigating officer of Crime No.480 of 2024 is present before this Court. He submits that he would investigate the crime as expeditiously as possible. 2.
