Today, the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor produced on record the communication of Police Inspector, Kotwali Police Station, Ahmednagar. It show that the "C" summary report came to be filed in this crime on 27th June 2018. It appears that the report is not yet considered by the learned Judicial Magistrate F.C. Today, learned Counsel Shri Ostwal for the applicant produced on record copy of settlement with the informant. Learned Counsel Shri Dixit for respondent No.3 is also present and he submits that the parties have settled the dispute. As "C" summary report is filed and in the present proceeding the relief is claimed of quashing and setting aside Crime Regn. No. 294/2017, this Court holds that nothing remains in the present matter. If "C" summary report is not accepted, then it will be open to the applicant to come to this Court again. With this observation, the present proceeding is disposed of. Sd/- Sd/- ( M.G.
