ORDER:

1] Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has tendered across the Bar copy of undertaking / joint pursis signed by the petitioners, and the authorized Officer of respondent no.2. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification purpose.

2] There is consensus between learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing for respondent no.2 that, all the Writ Petitions can be conveniently disposed of in terms of undertaking / joint pursis filed by the petitioners and the authorized Officer of respondent no.2. Since contesting respondent no.2 has agreed to sign the joint pursis and the undertakings given by the petitioners, without expressing any opinion about alternate efficacious remedy available or the contentions raised in this Petition on

merits, we dispose of these Petitions in terms of undertaking / joint pursis filed and verified by the petitioners and respondent no.2.

3] However, we make it clear that, we have allowed to place on record such undertaking / joint pursis, and also alleged agreement/compromise at the risk of the parties.

4] In the light of above, all the Writ Petitions stand disposed of.

5] In view of disposal of Writ Petitions, Civil Application No.13791 of 2018 does not survive and the same stands disposed of accordingly.
