The applicants are seeking pre-arrest bail, in connection with C.R. No.149 of 2016, registered with police station Badnapur, Dist. Jalna, for offences punishable under sections 307, 143, 147, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

By an order dated 27th July, 2016, this Court has granted ad interim protection to the applicants. In addition to the reasons stated in the order dated 27th July, 2016, it could be noted that the applicants have also

criap4142.16 (2) suffered grievous injuries. There exists a civil dispute between the parties, which is pending adjudication before the competent civil court. 4.

In view thereof, the ad interim protection granted by this Court on 27th July, 2016, stands confirmed on the same terms. The applicants shall attend the concerned police station initially on 20th and 21st August, 2016, between 10.00 a.m. and 12 noon and thereafter as and when called by the Investigating Officer.
