It appears that the Committee constituted for distribution of land has recommended allotment of 97 R land to the family of Sk. Hassan and others. It does appear that in pursuance thereto, the Additional Collector has specified the area for allotment to various members whose names do appear in the list prepared by the Committee. There does not appear to be any significant difference in the area sought to be allotted to the family. The grievance of petitioner is that no area has been shown against his name. 2.

If at all, the petitioner has any grievance in respect of distribution of area amongst the members of the family, it would be open for the petitioner to avail of alternate remedies available in law. With liberty as aforesaid, writ petition stands disposed of.
