The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner would take appropriate steps in the disposed of Second Appeal No. 805 of 2017. According to the learned counsel, the parties in the Second Appeal No. 805 of 2017 suppressed the objection of the petitioner in land acquisition reference. 2.

In view of that, the writ petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to take up appropriate steps as may be permissible under law. In that event all contentions are kept open.

Considering the nature of dispute, for a period of three (03) days from today, the amount shall not be disbursed to any party pursuant to the order of the Reference Court in reference. This order would not survive after three (03) days and shall automatically stand vacated.
