1) The application is filed for making order of disposal of the second appeal as the appellant is not showing interest in prosecuting the appeal. Heard both the sides.

2) It appears that present respondent No.1, plaintiff has got decree of partition and separate

2 CA 9874/2015 possession. Advocate is given to the present applicant through legal aid. He submits that his client has crossed age of 75 years and so the proceeding needs to be disposed of as early as possible. Though relief of fixing early date of hearing of the matter is not claimed the appeal will be finally disposed at the admissions stage. List the matter for final disposal at admission stage on 10th September 2015. Civil Application is disposed. Call record and proceedings of the trial Court and also paper book prepared by the First Appellate Court.
