Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGP for the respondents.

This petition is filed for the limited purpose of direction to the respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as belonging to Scheduled Tribe Koli Mahadev, at the earliest.

The urgency in the matter is that the petitioner has been allotted a college for engineering course and the last date for submitting validity certificate is 04th September 2025. 4.

The learned AGP submits that the vigilance cell report is Shrikant Malani

58.WP.9487.2025.doc yet to be submitted, while the instructions of the learned counsel for the petitioner are that the vigilance cell report is ready for submission before respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee.

Considering the urgency in the matter, the respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee is directed to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case on or before 31st August 2025.

The writ petition is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
