DATE : 2nd August , 2017 ORAL ORDER Having heard at length, the applicant No.1 is personally present in the Court and through her Counsel Mr Shaikh Mujtaba has undertaken to vacate the suit premises on 1st of May 2018. She also undertakes to file an authorization and undertaking on behalf of applicants No.1 to 4, within a period of three weeks from today. 2.

If such undertaking is filed, possession of the applicants is protected till 30th April 2018, and applicants will be required to vacate suit premises by 1st May 2018.
