.
The Acquiring body has deposited amount of Rs.4,56,989/-, Rs.2,69,507/- and Rs.9,48,443/- in three distinct appeals which are sought to be withdrawn.
2.
It is contended that the co-ordinate bench permitted the similarly situated applicants to receive entire amount on furnishing undertaking.
3.
Learned counsel Mr.Bangar for the acquiring body vehemently opposes the applications.
2 965(ii).CA-8586-2025.odt 4.
As this Court has taken consistent view in case of acquisitions of lands for the railways that the amount of compensation is meager, the claimants are permitted to receive the amount on furnishing undertaking. One such a view taken by the co-ordinate bench vide order dated 04.04.2025 is pressed into service. I propose to follow the same course.
5.
Civil applications are allowed by permitting the applicants to receive the entire amount deposited with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
