The compromise deed is signed by all the parties to the second appeal as well as their respective counsels. 92-SA-405-2019 terms of the Compromise Deed. The advocates appearing on behalf of both the parties confirmed that they have read over and explained the terms of compromise to the parties. 2.

In view of the above, the compromise pursis dated 31st January, 2023 is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification with today's date. The undertaking given in the compromise deed is accepted.

The second appeal is disposed off in terms of the compromise deed.

Decree be drawn up in terms of compromise pursis dated 31st January, 2023.

Registrar (Judicial) to ensure that hard copy of the compromise pursis is permanently retained with the Second Appeal, as part of record and is not sent for destruction in ordinary course. 6.

In view of disposal of the second appeal, pending civil application does not survive and same stands disposed off. 7.
