PER COURT :- 1] The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 15-03-2017 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Nashik in RTS/Review No. 36/2015 filed under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966.

2] The learned AGP submits that an alternate efficacious remedy, by filing a second revision is available to the petitioner, in the light of the judgment of the Honourable Supreme Court in the case of Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani V/s. State of Maharashtra, 2015 AIR SCW 6277. 3] Considering the above, this petition is disposed of
