PER COURT :- 1.

The applicants pray for condonation of delay of (141) days in preferring the Civil Application (St) Nos. 26594 and 26597 of 2013 seeking to set aside the order of the Registrar (Judicial), dated 26.3.2014, by which the registration was refused on account of non-removal of office objections. 2.

For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Delay stands condoned subject to costs of Rs.1000/- to be deposited with the Advocates Association's Bar Library, High Court, Bench at Aurangabad within a period of two weeks from today. Order of the Registrar (Judicial) stands set aside with a direction to the applicants to remove all office objections within a period of two weeks from the date of depositing the costs and thereafter, both the Civil Applications be registered. 3.

In the event, the above directions are not complied with, this order shall stand recalled and the order of the Registrar (Judicial), subject matter of this Civil Application, shall stand restored. ( RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J. ) ...
