In a group of similar matters this Court by passing an elaborate order dated 02.05.2019 in Civil Application No. 4828/2019 has allowed the applicants therein to withdraw the amounts.

In view of above, the applicant is allowed to withdraw the amount which shall be subject to the outcome of the Writ Petition, on furnishing a solvent surety to the extent of the amount to be withdrawn as well as on filing an usual undertaking.
