This is an application for bail under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure. The applicants have been arrested in connection with Crime No. 559/2022 registered at Pathardi Police Station, District Ahmednagar for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 212, 302, 307, 326, 324, 323, 337, 504, 506, 120-B read with Section 34 of 1 / 3
the Indian Penal Code, Sections 4/25 of the Arms Act and Section 7 of Prevention of Defacement of Property Act, 1995. 2.
Heard. Perused the First Information Report ("F.I.R.") and related police papers.

The informant gave supplementary statement twenty days after registration of the F.I.R. and attributed the applicants with a role of pelting stones on the members of the procession. Considering the role attributed to the present applicants, the Court is inclined to grant the applicants bail. 4.
In view of above, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence I pass the following order :-
ORDER
(I) The bail application is allowed.
(II) The applicants be released on bail, in connection with Crime No. 559/2022 registered at Pathardi Police Station, District Ahmednagar for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 212, 302, 307, 326, 324, 323, 337, 504, 506, 120-B read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 4/25 of the Arms Act and Section 7 of Prevention of Defacement of Property Act, 1995, on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) each with one surety in the like amount.

(III) The applicants shall not enter village Deorai, Tq. Pathardi, Dist. Ahmednagar for next six months.
(IV) The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
