Civil Application No.3518 of 2022 is for condonation of delay as well as for restoration of the writ petition. Writ petition was dismissed for not depositing the costs within the stipulated period. 3.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned. The writ petition is restored subject to the condition that in addition to the earlier costs, the applicant / petitioner would deposit the further costs of Rs.2,000/- in this Court within two weeks.
