Present appeal is similarly circumstanced with First Appeal No. 1938 of 2025. In that appeal by my order dated 05.08.2025 cost imposed came to be waived. On the ground of parity, I propose to follow same course. The cost imposed by earlier order dated 24.06.2025 in Civil Application No. 10795 of 2024 shall stand waived.
