The proposals forwarded by the respondent No. 5 to the respondent No. 3-Deputy Director of Education Aurangabad Division seeking approval to the petitioners appointment in the respondent No. 5's Junior College are pending with the respondent No. 3-Deputy Director of Education, Aurangabad Division, since 22.08.2022 (Exhibit 'C'). 3.

We dispose of the writ petitions by directing the respondent No. 3 Deputy Director of Education Aurangabad Division to take appropriate decision on the proposals (Exhibit 'C') as expeditiously as possible and in any case within eight weeks from today.
