Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

The applicant seeks bail in Crime No.216 of 2024 registered with Nilanga Police Station, District Latur for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 354, 326, 324, 323, 504, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged against the applicant that he had an ill-eye on the injured who is his sister-in-law. However, he was making hue and cry against her that she defamed him. A meeting was called. In that meeting, the applicant assaulted the injured with stick on her legs. She suffered injuries and was hospitalized. Now, she has been discharged. The alleged weapon used in the crime has been recovered. It seems that it is a dispute arising in the family. The

944-ba-1339-2024.odt (2) material investigation has been completed. Nothing is to be investigated from him. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant, Maruti Ankush Kore, be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount in the above crime, on the conditions that; (a) The applicant should not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(b) The applicant should stay away for one month from the date of his release from Village Shivani Kotal, Taluka Nilanga, District Latur.

(c) The applicant should not contact the victim till the trial is concluded.
