During arguments, the learned Counsel for the petitioner tenders across the Bar a copy of the judgment delivered by this Court on 18.04.2016 in Writ Petition No.5028 of 2015 (Pradeep s/o. Trymbakrao Sonawane and anr. Vs. The State of Maharashtra and ors.). By the said judgment, this Court has given directions to the respondents therein, to decide the claim of the petitioners. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner in the instant petition is a similarly situated employee.

In the circumstances, for the observations made by this Court vide order dated 18.04.2016 in the case of Pradeep s/o. Trymbakrao Sonawane and anr. (supra), the instant petition is disposed of. The respondents are directed to decide the
