Mr. G. B. Rajale learned counsel for respondent No.4 submits that, the acquiring body sent the proposal to the state seeking acquisition of the petitioner's land, however it is returned back on the ground that the acquiring body should negotiate and get the sale deed executed. The notices were issued to the claimants but they are not agreeable for the execution of the sale deed. 2.

In that case the only option with the respondents is to move for compulsory acquisition under the provisions of the Right to Fair

2 CP 791-2016 Compensation Act.

The acquiring body shall send the proposal to the Government for acquisition complete in all respects within a period of four weeks from today.

The State shall thereafter complete the acquisition proceeding within the time stipulated under the Right to Fair Compensation Act. 5.
