We have heard the learned counsel for the appellant, the learned counsel on behalf of respondent No.2 and the learned APP on behalf of respondent No.1 - State.

The learned counsel for the appellant submits, on instructions, that the appellant would withdraw this appeal with a request that the trial in the matter be expedited as he is behind the bars since February, 2020.

In view of the above, this appeal is disposed off as withdrawn. We expect the trial Court to complete the trial in Special Case No. 117 of 2020, as far as possible, on or before 30-10-2021.
