The Petitioner prays that Respondent No.3 should decide his representations dated 10/02/2023 and 10/07/2023 in the light of the 'Shikshan Sevak Scheme' introduced by the Government.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off, with a direction to Respondent No.3/Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar, to decide the aforesaid representations of the Petitioner in the light of the scheme that is applicable, by following the due procedure laid down in law, within a period of 60 days from today.
