Perused the operative part of the order dated 22.11.2022 passed by learned trial court in SCC No. 790 of 2016. The sentence awarded is of six months. Learned counsel for the applicant makes as statement that already applicant is behind bars since one month. 3.

Considering the quantum of sentence and there being no prospects of hearing the Criminal Revision Application in near future, the sentence imposed on the applicant by learned JMFC, Court No.1, Kalamb by order dated 22.11.2022 in SCC No. 790 of 2016, and

123-CriAppln-2649-2025 -2confirmed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kallam on 08.07.2025 in Cri. Appeal No. 29/2023 is hereby suspended till final hearing and disposal of the Criminal Revision Application. The application is accordingly disposed off.

The applicant SWAPNIL DIPAK MANDAVKAR be released on executing P.R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with one solvent surety in the like amount.
