Though the petitioners' proposals are pending with the respondent no. 2 - scrutiny committee since 2019 and now they are soliciting direction to the committee for expediting their proposals in the wake of the admission process for M.B.A., there is nothing before us to demonstrate that the petitioners had earlier approached the committee with a request for expediting the matters prior to June 2024. 2.
