The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent, on instructions of their respective clients, who are present in the court, submit that the matter may be referred to the mediator. In view of this, with consent, Mrs. Geeta Deshpande, advocate, is hereby nominated as mediator. The parties shall appear before the mediator on 22.08.2016.

In so far as criminal application No. 4149 of 2016 filed by the respondent-wife for withdrawal of the amount is concerned, the learned counsel for petitioner-husband submits that in response to the order passed by this court, the petitioner-husband has deposited the amount towards arrears of maintenance. In view of this, respondent-wife is permitted to withdraw the entire amount deposited before this Court. Criminal application is accordingly disposed of. ( V. K. JADHAV, J.) rlj/
