It is not possible to entertain the present writ petition and pass positive orders. The petitioner for the first time on 20th August, 2021 has filed the proposal for validation of her tribe claim and now is seeking directions to the Committee to decide it immediately. The tribe certificate is also received by the petitioner on 30th March, 2021.

The petitioner may request the Committee for expeditious disposal of the validation proceedings. We cannot issue positive directions to the Committee. It is for the committee to consider the request of the petitioner.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
