The applicants are seeking bail in Crime no. 218 of 2016 registered at Chawani Police Station, Dist. Aurangabad for the offences

2 Cri. Appln. 4151-2016 punishable under section 306, 304(B), 498(A) r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The applicants are mother-in-law and father-in-law of deceased - Vaishali, who died prior to the completion of 7 years of her marriage. 4.

Role attributed to the applicants is that of demand of dowry and abetment of suicide.

Looking to the advanced age of the applicants and the allegations narrated in the FIR against them, in my opinion, the further detention of the applicants is not required, as they have already undergone interrogation after their arrest. Hence, the following order:- 6.

The applicants be released on bail in Crime no. 218 of 2016 registered at Chawani Police Station, Dist. Aurangabad for the offences punishable under section 306, 304(B), 498(A) r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code, upon their executing P.R.

3 Cri. Appln. 4151-2016 bonds in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand) each with one surety each in the like amount.

The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence or influence the witnesses in any manner.

Criminal Application stands disposed of accordingly.
