Mr. Humbe, learned counsel for petitioners submits that the Collector erroneously allotted the land to the Kabrastan dated 20.05.2019 purportedly exercising its powers under Section 20 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code.

The petitioners has remedy of the Appeal under Section 20(3) of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code.

In light of that, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioners to avail remedy of appeal.

All contentions of respective parties are kept open. No costs.
