The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Election Petition has been filed in the year 2016. The petitioner has also filed the chief, the same is not being decided. Mr. Shelke, learned counsel appears for respondent nos.1 and 2.

The Election Petition has to be decided expeditiously, preferably within six months. For almost two years, the Election Petition is pending. The Court where the Election Petition is pending shall endeavour to decide the Election Petition expeditiously, preferably within six months.
