Heard learned counsel for respective parties. 2.

By way of present petition, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 10.03.2022 passed below Exhibit-19 and 21 by the learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhusawal in H.M.P. No.13 of 2020, whereby it directed the petitioner to pay interim maintenance of Rs.1,000/- per month till the conclusion of main petition to the respondent, who is wife of the petitioner. It also directed the petitioner to pay Rs.2,000/- per month as educational expenses of the son of the respondent, till the conclusion of main petition.

After going through the applications and the orders passed thereon by the learned Trial Court, I find that the learned Trial Court has taken a reasonable view and, therefore, I do not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by the Trial Court.

In view thereof, the petition stands dismissed. No order as to cost.
