Heard learned Counsel for applicant and learned A.G.P. for respondent - State.

Learned Counsel for applicant submits that, this appeal is preferred by the respondents - State but the same was dismissed as steps are not taken by the respondents.

The respondents - State have deposited entire award amount before this Court hence, applicant is permitted to Pooja K.

{2} 32-CA-11907-2022 withdraw the said amount. Earlier this Court has permitted applicant to withdraw 75% amount out of deposited amount hence, requested to allow the application.

Learned A.G.P. submits that, appropriate orders may passed.

Considering the submissions of both the learned Counsel, the appeal fled by the respondent is dismissed. Hence, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.
