Learned Counsel for the applicant, under this application, is seeking amendment by incorporating the contents mentioned in clauses (A) to (G) in para No. 2 of the application by relying on certain documents mentioned therein.

Though the learned A.G.P. strongly opposed the application, but considering the nature of amendment and reasons stated in the application, one opportunity to contest the claim by relying on the documents, is to be given to the
