Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents.

The petitioner was appointed on 21.6.2012. The petitioner is from reserved category (N.T.­D).

In view of that, the ban on recruitment would not apply to the petitioner. It is only on the ground that Government

2 wp 9042.17 Resolution dated 2nd May, 2012 and 6th February, 2012 the approval granted is cancelled. There is no case of fraud or misrepresentation on the part of the petitioner. 4.

In the light of above, the impugned order is quashed and set aside. The necessary consequential benefits shall follow. 5.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
