The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has already approached the Chief Executive Officer raising his grievance with regard to transfer. The Commissioner has also directed the C. E. O. to take decision. However, C. E. O. has not taken any decision.

Mr. Sonwane, the learned counsel appears for respondent Nos. 3 and 4. Mrs. Choudhari, the learned counsel appears for the respondent No. 5.

In case application is pending with the respondent No. 3, then the respondent No. 3 shall take decision upon the application of the petitioner on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of seven (07) days from today.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
