The applicant is seeking regular bail in connection with Crime No.182 of 2020 registered with Latur Gramin Police Station, District Latur for the offences punishable under Sections 306, 498-A, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of IPC. His application with similar prayer bearing Criminal Bail Application No.447 of 2020 came to be rejected by the learned Additional Sessions Judge.

It appears that deceased Maina @ Yogita was got married with the present applicant on 21.12.2008. The couple
was blessed with one male child. It appears that the dispute arose on account of non-fulfillment of certain demand in respect of the gold and cash amount. It appears that though the informant has paid the substantial amount to the applicant's family, there are allegations about the ill-treatement being extended to the deceased, however, the vague allegations have been made against the applicant without quoting any specific instances. It is difficult to believe that for the demand which was initially made in the year 2011, the deceased was continuously ill-treated for nine years till her death. Investigation is almost over for all pritical purposes and the formality of fililng charge-sheet is only remained. Thus, considering the entire aspect of the case, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail with certain conditions. Hence following order :
O R D E R
1.
The application is hereby allowed.
2.
The applicant BALIRAM PRABHU BHADULE in connection with Crime No.182 of 2020 registered with Latur Gramin Police Station, District Latur for the offences punishable under Sections 306, 498-
A, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of IPC, be released on bail on furnishing P.B. of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with one surety of the like amount on the following conditions :- a] The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner.
b] The applicant shall attend the concerned police station once in a week i.e. on every Sunday between 8.00 to 11.00 a.m. till filing of the charge-sheet.
