Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

He submits that earlier solvent security given in consequence of the order of the apex court has come under cloud as family disputes have arisen.

ca9433.19 In the circumstances, in order to be fair, he seeks substitution in place of cloudy solvent security by a property free from any encumbrances and/or litigation and a liquidation ready property is being offered in security.

If this be so and if the offer appears to be fair, the learned registrar upon being satisfied to consider request of the applicants appropriately.
