ORDER :

The application is filed for inclusion of 30% solatium amount in the operative part of the decision given in First Appeal No. 778/2005 decided along with other matters. Heard the learned counsel for applicants and the learned A.G.P. Shri. Basarkar.

30% solatium is statutory benefit allowed under Land Acquisition Act. It appears that due to oversight, solatium amount is not mentioned in the operative part of the order. The solatium part is not expected to be discussed in the body of the judgment and due to oversight, it did not appear in the operative part of the judgment. So, in the operative part as [A(a)] solatium part is to be included and operative part of the order is to be corrected to declare that the appellants are entitled to get 30% solatium on the compensation amount. Application is disposed of.
