CORAM: M.S. SONAK, J.
DATE: 30.01.2018 ORDER :
1] Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2] The time limit for securing the guardianship certificate is extended by a period of four weeks from today. This is because the applicant has already secured the guardianship certificate and states that the same will be filed in this Court within a period of four weeks from today.
CA 9944/17 in FA 2985/16 - 2 - 3] This Court cannot in this civil application comment upon whether the guardianship certificate has been issued correctly or wrongly. All contentions in this regard are kept open.
This clarification is made because Mr.Farooqui Kamaloddin, learned counsel for the respondent no.1, makes a submission that the guardianship certificate has been incorrectly issued.
4] The civil application is disposed of.
