The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the application of the petitioner for refund of the amount on account of the sand spot not being able to be utilized is pending with the State Government. Same is not yet decided.

In case application filed by the petitioner for refund of the amount in respect of sand spot of village Bori, Tq. Shrigonda is pending with the State Government, then the State Government shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today.
