By this application the applicants are seeking correction in L.A.R. Number from 440/2009 to 440/2005 in the memo of Civil Application No. 6474/2021 and Civil Application No.13875/2021. Since the Reference Court is not allowing withdrawal of amount, in view of the mistake in number of L.A.R. the present application is moved.

The learned AGP has not raised any objection. 2.

In view of the above and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed in prayer clause 'C' . The applicants are permitted to carry out the amendment forthwith. 3.
